Our Story

A story of courage, connection, and growth

Cleide arrived in Australia in 2014 without speaking English and with no friends, just faith, courage, and a dream. She began working as a cleaner while studying English, often waking up at 6 a.m. to clean retail stores and working late into the night.

Her commitment to excellence, honesty, and high-quality cleaning services quickly built a loyal client base. Realising that many families, especially those with children, needed the same level of care, Cleide began hiring and training other professional cleaners in Perth and Sydney who shared her dedication to quality.

In 2017, Maria joined the journey, standing out for her dedication and strong sense of responsibility. Two years later, her skills and commitment led to a valuable partnership that helped Real Clean Services expand and earn recognition for its exceptional residential and commercial cleaning solutions.

A New Chapter in Real Clean’s Story

In May 2025, Real Clean Services was honoured with the Quality Business Award for Best Cleaning Service in the City of Stirling, a recognition of years of dedication, professionalism, and the trust of loyal clients.

In September 2025, Real Clean Services Perth and Sydney entered a new phase, with Cleide, the founder and visionary behind the company, now leading the business on her own. Her passion, professionalism, and customer-first approach continue to guide a team of over 40 members, delivering house cleaning, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, and end-of-lease cleaning with a personal touch.
